We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major Cities: 2–4 business days

• Other Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free Shipping on orders above Rs. 5,000.

• A standard shipping fee of Rs. 250 applies to orders below Rs. 5,000.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (if provided) so you can track your parcel.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan. Please keep the exact payment amount ready at the time of delivery.

Failed Deliveries

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or multiple failed delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will investigate the issue and provide a suitable solution.
